Julia Reis Consulting is a boutique consulting firm focusing on people strategy and organizational effectiveness. Working with start-ups, venture capital, company builders and the digital industry is our main business, but we also collaborate regularly with SMEs who are open for change and innovative approaches.
We function as your flexible sparring partner, consultant or interim People & Culture team member - depending on your needs. In doing so, we support you in all questions concerning goal-setting, leadership, collaboration, organizational culture and people strategy.
Our particular areas of expertise include

- Analysis and optimization of existing structures and processes across different business units.
- Conducting Leadership Feedback Sessions (Upward Feedback) and individual or group-level sparring sessions and training with leaders.
- Training and coaching on leadership and collaboration topics (incl. Reiss Motivation Profile assessments.)
